What do i do know?
i have a '91 civic si and a b16a swap(tranny, ecu+). i put a 2.25 exhaust, cold air intake, 4-2-1 headers, short shifter and a stage 2 clutch. i was going to buy a VAFC, but i decided to save for fuel rails, pulleys, n a intake manifold. my question is should i buy the fuel rails, pulleys, n an intake manifold or the controler. would the controler make a big diffrence. what other mods can i make that will make a big difference but under a grand.

you could piece together a homeade turbo kit for about 800-1000K bucks!

Re: What do i do know?
You probably wont notice too much gain from the fuel rail, the pulley you might a little and the intake you should if its a good one.

Re: What do i do know?
i would say that the biggest gain will be found from the VAFC, but i dont know if you are capable of tuning it. if you are, or know someone who is, then get that.
if not, get the manifold.

you could gain 20-30 Hp under 1,000 dollars with some wild ass cams, valvetrain, and a skunk2 Intake Manifold.
Next wire up a vafc and tune n' go! BTW, you're gonna want to slap on a JDM 4-1 header with a 2.5' outlet and 2.5' piping/muffler as well as a 2.5' cat. That'll net you another 10HP. Whatever you do, keep the exhaust piping size uniform from the outlet of the header all the way to the inlet on your muffler.
