The OBD II Blues

Got a check engine light. Had a friend check the code. Bank 1 Fuel Mixture Lean. Truck seems to run fine, except at cruising speed (65 mph) sometimes the truck will just jerk like the fuel was cut off for a second and then just keep on going like normal. Thought it might be the TPS but was not sure....parts cost too much to just buy a part and replace. Any ideas??
