Can it be done--> Disc brake conversion
Can I do a rear disc brake conversion on a 98 Civic 4dr DX? If so, who,where,how?

Just take the rotors and the whole setup from an Integra. They have the same lug pattern and all the models have rear disc brakes. If you want it to be really good then take all four because i believe the integra's rotors are 10.5" around compared to a 8.5" or 9" Civic ones. And you should be able to do the brakes yourself if you already know how to do them.
