tick....tick...tick.... whats factory torque setting on lifters?

so when my *new* car warms up (91 240sx se), it ticks, ive searched, and it seems like a common problem. mechanical noises like that cant be good, and i need it to last until spring before the rb can go in. Someone said clean the motor out with atf, like the galleys, and valve train... someone else said just re-torque the bolts on the ?lifters? i havent taken the valve cover off yet, but i have to fix this problem, because i am a perfectionist, and this noise is breaking my balls. I just changed the oil to mobil one 15w-50 to help, no such luck. it has 137000 miles. the lifters are hydraulic? and self adjusting, so im not sure if there is a clearance to use a feeler gauge on, but i have them.

so, the factory torque setting is.... ?
and would seafoam work to clean the oil? just add some and let it idle for about 30 min?

thanks

cj
