Lightbulb 97 silverado wheels

I have just bought'n a 97 silverado step side, I now want wheels and wondered how big i could go. I would want 22 but would settle for 20's. does any one know if this is posible without rubbing? also what tire size would i need. I have lowered the truck 2 inches in rear.
