Where can I order a Type-R (SiR) H22A

Where can I even order this engine???

Can't seem to find it.

Read in my previous thread that with this I get the same 220hp as the Type-S H22A without the ATTS.

So I'm thrying to find this engine to buy...and can't seem to find it...

Or I'm just such a n00b that I'm not aware that this is a civic/accord engine???

Help me plz~

I'm thinking this can't be the H22A for the (92-96) model engines...cause they come with 200hp...if I'm correct...

Just'd really like that extra 20hp boost cause I plan on adding a 4th gen turbo ...

what's wrong with this one? (except for the price heh heh) - I mean it's got lsd tranny, and it's a 220hp h22a - should be alright, wonder what ecu comes with it though because of it's year and also if it will have immobilizer probs, worst comes to worst you could always pick up a p72 ecu and tune with hondata anyways...

actually you're wrong. the 4th gen lude h22a1 VTEC came with only 190 hp. the 200hp h22a4 was released in the 5th gen. so him getting the 220hp engine would be a 30hp gain and for the money i would especially if the stock engine is running pretty high with miles.

Actually YOU'RE wrong, partially. True, the H22A1 did come with 190hp, but that was the USDM engine. The H22A (no number) is the JDM engine, which did have 200hp. And to the original poster...If you truely plan on boosting, I don't know if it's worth the extra money to get a Type S engine. For FI, you're going to have to lower your compression ratio anyway, so that makes part of the Type S engine kind of a waste (the higher compression pistons). What engine do you have now? For boost, the H23 is the best. No matter which engine you get, you're going to need to build up the bottom end and internals if you plan on running over 7psi. Just some food for thought.
