Question crank sensor location

on a 93 olds achevia 2.3 dohc haynes manual says on the firewall side of the block but all I could find was the knock sensor and a temp sensor

any ideas

its on the firewall side of the block but at the bottom next to the transmission... follow the cranksensor wire on the coil pack downward to the back of the block.

thanks but I found it on the front side of the motor right by the starter
