1993 Explorer No dash lights
So I bought a 93 explorer and the dash lights worked on half of the dash when I got it. THen about 1000 Miles later they all went out. I am not sure what it could be. Any sugestions?

Sounds silly but this worked on another vehicle I have. Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. All the lights and locks and such are no longer direct wired to a switch. There are communication modules that talk to each other. When you turn your lights on the module responsible for your dash lights tells them to turn on. By disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes you're forcing the modules to reset themselves. Can't hurt to try and it's a cheap fix if it works.

Have you checked in the fuse panel under the dash? Could be a blown fuse. Can't hurt to look Good Luck
