Im Not From Fl But My Boy Was Down There And Not Only Do You Not Have To Have Ins, You Can Tint Ur Windows As Dark As You Want Them And You Can Ride W/ A Helmet. Iknow Other States Have The No Helmet Law But Damn Fl Is Da Shit Just Watch Out For Hurricanes

In Florida you EITHER need a helmet OR insurance...No helmet, ya gotta be insured (and over 18)...And there are window tint limits...just not well enforced

Re: no insurance in FL?????

They Do That Because Motorcycle Insurance Is Not Affordable In Fl Because Of Theft And Accidents. I Bought A Hayabusa When I Moved Down Here And I Received A Price Quote Of 6000.00 A Year With A 2000.00 Deductible. Bikes Are Stolen So Often Creating These High Insurance Rates. Motorsports Businesses Would Not Survive So They Allow You To Ride Without Insurance.
