Can someone tell me which is better, multi-port or throttle body fuel injection. and/or the advantages and disadvantages of each.

I like TPI (tuned port injection) but thats not one of your choices. I don't know which is better between MFI or TBI. I would guess MFI.

I am not certain but i think the MFI would be better for the simple reason is that you have one injector for each cylinder versus two injectors on top of the engine for all 8 cylinders with the TBI
