Veilside Nissan 350Z

Here's my Veilside Nissan 350Z:

The rims are going to be the hardest part of all.

Critics & Comments, please!

Re: Veilside Nissan 350Z

Looks good.
But if you se the car as a box, the box will not be straigt... it will be twisted. It seams like the front is in an funy angel compared to the rest of the car in some way.

But looks good overal.

The highlited area just below the light where the shading is very light, the other side is not symetrical(eg. also highlighted) just need to fix that up and ya good.

It looks to me like the hood is crooked and the near front fender & wheel are too close. The shading is great though!

Re: Veilside Nissan 350Z

Its bad ass, man thats a nuts drawing. For the rims, find the center and work your way out. I like the headlights. Maybe focus on the rearview mirror for a few minutes to make it a tiny bit more realistic. I think the hood lines up well, but the scoop is SLIGHTLY off center. Im not knockin your picture in any way though, its bad ass, I had to sit here and stare at it to find anything wrong with it.. I love it.

Thanks for comments!

Well, yeah, something's wrong with the front - but I didn't recognize it first. Got to correct that.

The smooth shading was done with cotton wool sticks (you know, the sticks you clean your ears with) It works great... just try it. Are there any other tools for shading? My finger is a bit too thick...

Re: Veilside Nissan 350Z

DO NOT use your finger. It leaves oilly smears all over your work. I learned the hard way. Use Tortillions, Stumps, Cotton, Maybe even Toilet Paper. but NEVER use your fingers.

Thank you

Re: Veilside Nissan 350Z

You're welcome. Would that be an Altezza for my contest?
