hard starting

just got my 90 eclipse 2.0- 5 speed, non turbo running again. this car sat about a year. car runs great when warm but trying to start cold, shit
it takes like 10 trys, its like theres not enought fuel reaching the injectors.
new fuel pump, and filter, plugs and wires
used injectors, tps, idle speed motor, mass air,
even ecm
whats left??
must of missed something simple?
Got any idea's??????????????????

starter, plugs and wires, air filter, water in the gas line, ban connection on the battery
