Re: inexpensive bass

look around this forum there are a bunch of similar posts... most people will probably suggest other things like a tempest/profile or eD package (we'll explain these later) because most tubes and the infinity basslink dont really have great output for the money. how much are you looking to spend?

Re: inexpensive bass

adire audio shiva
Adire audio tempest
DD 1000 series

all cost less than $200 each and will get much louder and sound much better than what you where naming above. tempest has the ability to shake your car and it is $150. a good 300w RMS of clean signal in a 4-6cuft enclosure tuned to 20Hz will amaze you compared to bass tubes. that will still pretian some SQ. but for more SQ 3-4cuft will do fine. they will move quite a bit with just 60w. shiva's arent too bad either if you dont ahve room for 4cuft and a 15" woofer.

Re: inexpensive bass

Get an Adire Audio Shiva from www.adireaudio.com Put it in a sealed box that is 2.25 cubic feet after the displacement of the sub. Go on ebay and get a profile AP600 to power it. You will not need all of the power so go conservative on the gains. shiva is 125 the amp should be around 100 aupplies will be <50 bucks so ur still under 300 bux.
