1997 528 speaker system upgrade

i am upgrading my speakers and i am wondering if anyone knows the color matches for the speaker wires that go to the factory amp

my front tweaters are yellow - yellow/red y/r is positive on both sides
i know this because the tweater says so

my front mid range and mid bass are green - green/black
as well as my rear deck and tweaters

the problem is that when u get to the amp all of the speaker wires are a different color nothing like my old 3 series where the spaker wires matched from front to back
if someone knows the color coordination please help or i will have to do it by cutting 1 set at a time which is very time consuming
