I was having problems with my bird not running too. I had a guy here in houston hook it up on the computer and he said my temperature and camshaft sensor went out. Now it runs great. Try turning the key forward and pressing the gas all the way down and then start it. But make sure u turn the key to the on position b4 u press the gas. If it starts for u it might be the same thing as mine. Dont know if it will work but its something to start with

Have you replaced the spark plugs? I can't tell by your post if you have or are going to. Take the plugs out and see if they are wet with gas. If they are there is either no spark or a very weak one. Since you replaced the tp sensor do any other codes show up? While you have the plugs out do a compression test. Auto Zone has compression testers for rent. When you return them you get your money back.
