93 Explorer 120k miles
I recently replaced the front calipers, rotors and pabs.I bled the breaks properly and everything seemed fine. I did all this because the seals on the calipers were leaking.Well my problem is that when I press the break pedal I hear a low moan sound from the breaks. I check the break fluid and it looks fine.I doubled checked everything and it looks fine.Did I miss something? I am thinking it's the anti-lock breaks since the sound that I hear is similiar to that of a hard breaking pulsating low moan sound from the antilock breaks. Is there anything I can reset? or check where this sound is coming from? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated! and Thanks in Advance!! |

Re: Breaks Moaning
I ahve a 92 Explorer, and just had to eplace both the inner and outer barrings, because they were moaning like yours. also, if you wait too long, your brakes go out! That makes it lots of fun to drive home!
