Just starting need suggestions

Hi, i am new to car audio and i will be getting my own car soon so i will want a whole new system. I want very good sound since i plan on listening to ALOT of music. I have a price range of $1500-2000 CANADIAN. I already have a headunit (Pioneer DEH-P6500). I would like to get:

1 15"/ 2 12"s subwoofer
Amplifier
Aftermarket Door Speakers
Aftermarket 6x9's for rear

Since i am new i am not sure what else i will need here. I will be trying to install this all myself (no previous experince although i have plenty of time and patience). Can you give me some advice on good-decent quality products, ideas on what products to stay away from. Do i need a mono or 2 channel amp for the subwoofer(s) and then a seperate amp for the door and 6x9's

Ps: I've herad good things about XXX and IDMAX subwoofers are they good?

Re: Just starting need suggestions

well im sure we could give you some suggestions.. but first how much is 1500-2000 canadian in american $?
2) what size are your frontstage speakers
3) i tend to stick with mono for subs for flexibility
4) are you looking for mostly sound quality (SQ) loudness (SPL) or a little of both(SQL /more expensive)
5) what kind of music do you listen to
6) yes the idmax and XXX are both great subs. they might be pushing your budget though after everythings all said and done
