good buy or not?
hey people give me ur opinion on this car i found on autotrader.. oh and minus the bodykit that shit is ugly..

sounds like a good deal to me if u can put a new motor in urself u can get a decent motor for like 400$

ehhh, thats a ugly ass body kit. Rip it off, rebuild the motor. I can do it for 500 usd. Long beach represent.

yeah i can put the motor in myself.. but i was trying to do some research on the motors and i saw that in some post that the 91 1g motors were stronger than the newer ones?

Well why buy that car when you can buy a 96 GST with a brand new tranny and rebuilt motor for $3500! The car runs perfectly and is flawless. You should the thread out on here.

seems like a good deal if you know what youre doing, which you sound like you do, but ive taken shits that would look better on a car than that kit

it all depends on how the car was treated. obviously if the motor was blown, the person either didn't know anything about motors and just put the performance parts on there w/o knowing what he was doing, or beat the hell outa the car. it's a good buy if all the parts are in good condition and if you can do the engine work yourself, but if it's been beat on and you have to take it somewhere to have it fixed, i wouldn't buy it, who knows what else is broke or could go wrong? just my 2 cents
