1. A dwarf isn't considered such until they are 4 feet or less (I believe)
2. This may be completely off-topic, but a thread that makes sense is the bare minimum requirement.
If you've got something to add, then by all means do. However, if you're just going to make ridiculous posts such as this, please save our bandwidth.
