Unhappy 95 suburban 7.4L shakes/vibration in drive only please help?

I'vebeen having a problem with my k2500 4x4 95 suburban 7.4L engine it shakes horribly when i put it in drive but when its cruising with no gas applied it doesnt shake it's only when i have it stopped with the brake in drive that it shakes or when I am going above 5-30 and 50-65 it will shake really bad like a drivetrain vibration.

It only shakes when i step on the gas lightly if i step on it more than halfway or not at all it does not shake.

but at 50-65mph no matter how much i step on the pedal the truck vibrates really bad as if I was driving over small speed bumps repeatedly
