Unhappy Mixing powders?

Ok...my question is simple and i hope its legit. So here it is:
I missing protein powder with creatine powder ok or no?

I can think of no reason why it wouldnt be ok. Some weight gainers even add creatine into the mix. But shouldnt be any kinda problem mixing the two.

yep its fine, i mix my creatine, glutamine and protein togeather. i dont know what you make your protein shakes with but if its anything acidic (orange juice, limonade, etc) don't put your creatine in it for durations of time (5min or longer) because the acid will break it down and it'll be less effective. i would recomend mixing your post-workout shake with water only... it'll get to your starving muscles much faster than if mixed with milk... just some extra tips
