98 Taurus Blender Door Control

I have a problem with the blender door contoller cycling full stroke, Full open and the close when the temp control is set towards hot or cool. Sometimes I get it to stop cycling when I put the temp control midway.
Any help is appreciated.

I must be the only person in Ford history to have a problem with the heating blend motor controls?? Does anyone know where I could find a replacement blend door control pak/motor?
I checked motorcraft.com...No Help there.

I Went To A Ford Dealer And It Took Awhile To Look Up , Surprise Theres A New # For That Part , Cause Its Upgraded Cause They Knew The Motors Were Not Strong Enough, It Cost 60 Bucks But Solved The Problem

SOUNDS LIKE THE POTENTOMETER SWITCH (THE HOT / COLD SWITCH) IS SHORTING OUT. AUTOZONE SELLS IT, JUST NOT CHEAP FOR A SWITCH
