Top-end knocking on 91 Protege - SOHC
What would cause this? We have replaced 4 out of 16 of the lifters, but knocking is still there; just seems to move as engine is running... Also have noticed some metal shavings while replacing lifters (have changed oil/filter recently and there was some in there also)... Should we replace the rest of the lifters? Could it be oil pump? Need some serious advice please... Thanks
