Question 3.8L 2000 Mustang

I was just wondering of anyone could offer some advice.
I just got a 2000 3.8L Mustang w/a 5-speed manual trans.
I have a 429 SCJ sitting on my garage floor just itching to go into something, and I think the Mustang has the nomination.
Any body know where I should start with this Frankenstein project?
I know just about anything but a deisel will fit into a Mustang, I'm more wondering about things like the trans and rear end. I know an 8.8" won't hold up to a big block; they barely hold up to small block power. So that's probably going to be the first thing to go..
What about the Trans? Is there a 5-Speed manual that bolts up to the 429/460? If not, how hard is it to stuff a 4-Speed into one of these cars?
What about reinforcing the frame? Is it necessary?
Carb or Fuel Injection? I have plenty of experience with fuel injection, and it wouldn't be any more of a hassle for me to do that than to throw a carb or maybe a tunnel ram on the SCJ. I have a spare set of 42 lb./hr. injectors laying around somewhere, but what about the Intake(s)?
What kind of computer would you put into something like that? Just a bare computer with a custom chip?
Then there'd be all the fuel system upgrades. Probably a sump and 1/2" aluminum lines with AN fittings wouldn't hurt.
Traction bars will probably be needed. I can see maybe even a set of wheelie bars being needed soemwhere in the mix...
Well, I guess that's a good start to my q&a session. Any advice and/or help is appreciated..
