Exclamation Need professional help. buying fully loaded 1st gen si civic. 1/4 mile times?

Whats up guys? Im buying a 87' ccivic si. It has a DOHC ZC with 4-2-1 headers, iceman intake, catback exhaust, tegra all wheel diskconversion, maxspeed coilovers, GSR seats, Spoon Sports steering wheel, and stage 2 clutch. Gonna put 440cc DSM injectors and fuel rail and pump w/filter as soon as i take possession. do you guys have any idea about what it will run in the 1/4 mile? im buying the car from a race shop where i live from the owner. (he's my homie) imgettingthe car for $800 i already gave him $100 down. I just need some suggestions of what it runs nd what else i can do to it to go faster. I want to stay N/A. O!!the back is stripped of all interior. will have pix up soon. thanx for your help.

i really have no clue... but i might as well take and educated guess.... my guesstimate would be somewhere around 15-16 depending on the driver... as for power mods.... high comp pistons and a good port and polish should free up some ponies... oh and good fuel management and tuning is a must. good luck and cant wait to see the pics!
