Progress:

New project for me.

Fujimi Nissan Skyline GTR (R33)

Building box stock.
Body Color: Tamiya Mica Blue
Interior Color: Flat Black/Grey
Wheels: Hmmm, not sure. Should I use the stock wheels?

Picked up the kit for $6.00. Not bad I thought.

Really nice work so far and that shine on the paint is second to none Don't forget to do the panel lines later.
Aftermarket wheels would be nice, what do you have?

Re: Progress: Fujimi Nissan Skyline GTR (R33)

Thanks everyone.
The kit came with what I believe are the standard Skyline wheels...correct me if I'm wrong anyone!

With a metallic blue what color should I bring out the panel lines with?

I will take some pictures with the wheel sets that I have.

More progress will be posted later today.

Chris

Nice paint job!
I think flat black would be enough for panel lines.
looking forward to your wheel lineup.

Re: Progress: Fujimi Nissan Skyline GTR (R33)

+1

Flat Black on that shade of blue should be just fine.

Also, you are correct that the kit has stock wheels. So many choices for aftermarket. Can't wait to see your build.

That blue would look awesome with some bronze TE37's on it.
