tail shaft removal

my blazer has a 350 turbo trans that went out about a week ago.the blazer is 4-wheel drive.i have a good 350 turbo in my garagebut it has the 6-inch tail shaft.my question is how hard is it to swap the tail shafts so it will work with the transfer case.does any one know how hard this is to do?any help is greatly appreciated.thanks

should be just unbolt and swap tail shaft with transfer case
