1986 Bronco burning gas big time

1986 302 EFI is burning way too much gas. Black smoke out of both exhausts. Have replaced the following: EGR, regulator, injectors, oxygen sensor. Air pump was removed years ago and this just started about a month ago. Throttle body cleaned along with upper intake. New spark plugs, wires, rotor and cap. New timing chain set to factory specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First thing to check is the Fuel pressure regulator. Pull off the hose usually red and check for gast os squirt out. If it does replace it. Then check the map sensor for manifold vacumn and make sure the hose doesnt have any holes in it or being collasped. Let me know what you found.
