Tundra DC Limited wood trim

Is the plastic wood trim on a Tundra DC Limited actual solid plastic trim pieces with a true plastic wood finish OR is the trim just the regular Tundra DC black plastic trim with the superior dash wood appliqué kit installed at the factory or dealer?

I want to replace my current black plastic trim with actual true replacement wood trim preferably factory original limited wood trim. However i have not been able to find anything other then the Supperior Dash kit.
