question about seat compatibility

will the seats (front and rear) of a 300zx fit in a 240sx? looking at pictures online it looks like they might, but i know you can't just go by that.

what model is the 240sx?
do you want the automatic seats? (if so, how much work do you feel like putting into seats)
why the hell would you want to give up your s14 seats?
can i have the old ones when you're done putting new ones in?
