Thumbs down bottom piece of upper intake manifold

99 windstar 3.8........Did TSB on intake manifold today, went fine, BUT! bolt hole # 10 (bolt tightening sequence) is stripped.
my questions: is there a way to get that brass piece pressed out and a new one pressed in?

having it tapped out: its a #10 metric bolt, what size tap do i need to obtain?

OOOOORRR.......will i be buying a new upper intake?

HELP!!!

Re: bottom piece of upper intake manifold

I have a '97 3.8l so the intakes are a little different... where is the threaded part, in the lower intake manifold? If so, then you may be able to install a Helicoil replacement thread insert, but you would want to pull the manifold and do it in the shop, not on the engine.
