1992 Regal- Cd player install.
I looked around and coudnt find anything on this.
i have everyething i need mounting kit, harness antenna adapter. Do i just take off the trim on the dash and access that cluster of wires, i have heard they are behind the glove box Please help. Thanks |

thanks but i knew how to get off the trim peice.
my main problem is i cant find the plugs that plug into the wiring conversion harness that came with the cd player install kit. and where is the antenna plug? |

Start pulling the radio out then unplug it when you have room to slip your hand in. There should be just barley enough slack.
The antenna plug on my 96 is not the standard motorola plug. You may need an adaptor if yours is smaller than the normal plug. As far as the plugs go, Ask an instal tech for a proper adaptor. You should just be able to attach a harness adaprtor to the wires of your new CD player then plug that into the factory harness. It probably fell into the dash somwhere if your still looking for it. I'm assuming you already have the original radio out.. |

PS. the antenna plug is also there. Basically, the stuff you took apart in the dash is useless...it just acts like a remote to the actual control unit.
