2000 'lude headlights

hey, i've got holes on the inboard sides of my headlights, but no sockets or bulbs. does anybody know what these are for? there are also connectors that seem to reach these holes, one black wire and one red (i think). any help would be appreciated

maybe your driving lights? all 5th gen lude headlights come with little bulbs, called driving lights (or city lights, or parking lights). for whatever reason yours may have been removed. if they're important to you. youc an go pick up a socket anad bulb from your honda dealer. did your car come without these or what?
