Miss

I have a 92 Sonoma 4.3 and i have just recently noticed a miss. It only does it when i am idling in gear. I pulled the plugs and they all seemed fine. Any suggestions.

Preciate the help fellows. It turns out that all the miss and bad vibration was bad motor mounts. My engine was almost down on the chassis. Got new mounts and it is fine now.
