2.5" cat-back/muffler options for 96-00 civic?

I'm picking up a Kamikaze header and test pipe soon for my JRSC'd 99 Si, which will leave me with a 2.5" flange to handle the cat-back portion of my exhaust. I'd like to find a muffler that:

1) won't wake the neighbors
2) doesn't have a "please give me a ticket"-sized tip
3) flows better than stock
4) won't be a bottleneck for a 2.5" B-pipe

Any suggestions? Is it even possible to meet all these criteria? I'd prefer a bolt-on cat-back solution, but I wouldn't mind getting a custom B-pipe made if I found the right muffler.

I was originally looking at the Mugen twin-loop, which meets criteria 1-3, but then I found out that it has a 60mm flange (~2.36"). The flange itself is not a huge deal, I assume I could have it reflanged, but I've read that it squeezes down to around 2" internally, which seems like a bit of a bottleneck.

Ideas? Would the twin-loop really be that much of a bottleneck on a boosted B16A?

I've heard the rave about Tanabe and I've actually heard them, too. They sound nice, but are elminated from your list because of the loud sound. The Greddy Evolution is nice. I have it and enjoy it very much. The construction quality is outstanding and the noise suppression is very good. You can still hear a little of the exhaust, but when you get on it, the exhaust doesn't sound like a lawnmower. if your worried about sound...get a muffler with a silencer.
