Question Venom 400---Definate yes or not that great

I have a 99 Integra LS with an intake and exhaust. I've heard some people tell me to get a controller overiding the ECU. I've heard the Venom 400 is good and after reading the descriiption on their site it says 25% more horsepower between 1,000 and 5,000 RPM. It would be dope to get that since I don't have the VTEC but I don't know if its going to be all that it says it is. Please give me any advise to either go for it or not. Its pretty pricey and if anyone know's where to get one under retail let me know. Thanks in advance for helpin out.

It sounds like a good buy 25% more HP in 30 mins and its only 300 bucks... Thats about 42.5 hp gain if u have 170hp.... Thats damn good , that or my math is off
