Location of Speed Sensor
2000 Ford Taurus -- Location of VSS (vehicle speed sensor) I have ordered a sensor for my Ford. It will be here tomorrow, could someone tell me the location.
I know very little about cars, but can't afford to pay someone to do it. If possible describe the location so that someone like me can figure out where it is located. Thanks -- For the advice...

If you plan on working on your car I strongly recommend either a Ford shop manual or a Haynes manual. The Ford CD is OK but but should be used as a supplement since it has no photos. The manuals can be without a computer and you can drop the book without consequence.
