passenger rear tire locks up when braking

i have a 1991 ford explorer sport,and the back tire likes to lock up when im slowing down.it always happens when its been used for the first time that day,it does it for the first 3 or 4 stops and then the problem goes away.whats goin on?

sounds like your rear brakes are gone and the metal is digging into your drums. Better get it checked out.

well i dont know about thatthe brakes are fairly new,theres about 75% left,the axle seal is leaking and i think dirts gettin in and doin sumthin to the seals.i just dont know
