Second Best MS PAINT for me , take a look!!!!!!!

Here is another car i did on Ms Paint , as you can see, i tried do do some highlight on the pait it come out pretty good, so idk what its supposed to be i guess you can say its and extremly customized 55 or 56 ford victoria.

I think he means quite the opposite, if you can do that with MS Paint, then after you've learned how it works you will be able to do anything with Photoshop!
