Is this all you need to do to flush out your tranny because the Honda Dealer quoted me $100+ to do a transmission flush. And if I do it myself I want to do it right so is this the correct way?

you can get a transmision flush done for 85 buck at jiffy lube. just tell them all you have is 85 bucks and they'll do it for you, beleive me, i worked there

Yeah that's all you'll need to get the job done, it's about the same as changing your oil.
