Anyone running an Apexi VAFC?
Just wondering where you bought it and how you programmed it? Any help would be great.
Also VTEC engage and disengage points along with A/F's would be awesome too. Thanks |

the only way to get proper tuning out of something such as a V-AFC is to tune it on a dyno. that way you will have numbers to prove you took a step in the right direction. otherwise, the seat of the pants feel, isn't always right....just my .02

Yea, I got one now, but haven't had it dynoed yet. I'm waiting until I get a weekend off so I can go 3hrs to Atlanta to dyno it. All of my settings are where they should be and the only thing I've changed is the Vtec engagement point. When I'm on the highway I set the Vto 5500rpm and I set the vti to 5200rpm. Sometimes I set the vto to 4500rpms and the vti to 4200rpms. With this, you'll get up quicker, but you will lose A LOT of top end power! But then again, I have a 97 Civic w/ just CAI and exhaust.
