flickering lights

Anyone find a solution to a flickering light problem? Both interior and exterior lights flicker while driving. Have had a new alternator installed, performed the tech bulletin service with voltage regulator ground screw, have taken to 2 dealerships and have had no success with fixing the problem. Suggestions or remedies?

A service bulletin is out, and they said it was a loose ground screw on the alternator. This is not the case with my impala. The inside lights flicker as well as the outside. As I slow down, you can see them start. One night we were on our way home and the headlights blinked with my turning signal. Cars actually pull off to the side of the road when I am behind them. I contacted a lawyer and he got me a small settlement from GM, but I want the car fixed.

Have you replaced your battery? You may have a weak/dead cell in the battery. I had same problem, but voltage regulator ground screw cured my problems. Batty died shortly thereafter from all the flickering beforhand not fully charging the battery. So $5 screw and $60 battery and back in business!!

the pcm/bcm? could be the culprit. My running lights went nuts on my wife while she was driving and a cop coming from the other direction pulled her over because he thought she was warning other drivers! Dumb #SS. Took it in and it took 2 days and only $300 dollars later and they found the problem. The PCM/BCM, can't remember, needed to be replaced and the problems quit. The ac even quit while this was happening. 3 months later the pcm/bcm needed new programing and the security light is now off. Dang car wouldn't start some times.

Also if you notice hesitation, loss in power at low rpms and bad gas mileage then replace the catilyic converter. I had it done with a hi flo one and the cars screams.
