need help on mazda diesel head please help

I have a R2202 engine class diesel 2.8L I am having trouble finding the toqure for the head bolts and the pattern to tighten them in, as I speak english, but live in the outlands of Thailand I can not find and english books on the engine, I have air coming back through the radiator and loosing water, no oil in the water and no water in the oil, I am sure it is a blown head gasket, the timing gears should have the marks and i can mark them before pulling the head but as you know the toqure and the sequence is the most important to keep it from leaking, please help me if you can. thank you Lewis
