Think about what your buying. Its a piece of fabric. Is the K&N name worth 20 bucks? Cuz thats all your buying.

I have an APC conical filter on my CAI, and it works fine. Save yourself some money.

Think about what your saying here...all filters are a fabric or paper of some sort, they arent all the same the K&N would probably flow better reguardless.

K&N also has a lifetime warranty...spend 50 bucks once or 20 bucks multiple times...your choice.
