91 Corolla - wipers chatter
Looking for method of adjusting wiper arm tension on my 91 Corolla wagon. Arm on driver's side presses blade down so hard on windshield that it is continually angled to left, pushing rather than pulling the edge across the windshield on the upstroke. The chatter is annoying.
