cd changer won't eject-help!!

Does anyone know how toget the changer out. My husband loaded it and it shows an error and we can't eject the whatever you call it!!

Same just happened to me yesterday.
Got the error code then coulden't get the cartridge out.
The weather was really damp, misty.
Today minus 2Deg.
No probs. CDs playing great. Cartridge O.K. to.

My 95 has that problem. Dealer told me once to take the battery cable loose for a few minutes and something would reset. I never tried it-just quit using the CD player.

I get the exact same problem except mine eventually ejects, it's like it forgets what it's doing and it runs through the same part of the eject cycle over and over and over and over again! It just moves the CD in little increments, back and fourth again and again. It doesn't have any trouble playing CDs though. A lot of times it ends up just spitting the CD out and it just sits there (it's actually supposed to take it back in if you wait long enough, but it gets to the point where it doesn't do that and so it just sits there half sticking-out forever).
We had the entire stereo system replaced some time ago because of the same exact problem!
I think it's just a screwy CD player.
By the way, I don't have the CD changer, I just have the single disk player, but it sounds like you're having a very similar problem.
