325 Convertibel Back Seat Problems

The insert between the seats in my '94 325iC has started coming out when I ride at highway speeds with the top down. The two velcro strips (top and bottom) on the insert look pretty tired, but I can't see how to replace them without recovering the whole insert. Anybody have and idea?

Also, the left rear side panel, the one that covers the speakers, pops out inder the same conditions. Anything I can do to tighten up the little hooks that are supposed to hold it?
