Behind the drivers seat on the floor is constantly soaked. Nothing esle is wet, not the seats or anything. Any Idea where the water can be comeing from? Also my spedometer isnt working accuartly. When im going 60 it only sais like 40..

Do you have a sun roof? If you do, the seal around there would be the most likely culprit. If not, then the window is not sealing well with the rubber trim. It could be cracked and leaving gaps. If you take your car through a car wash you could probably see the places where the water is getting forced through.
I don't have anything to offer off the top of my head for the speedometer.

If you speedo is off, try the cruise control...can it handle a steady speed? If not, then it is most likely your speed sensor...I've never switched it on my 3000gt, but it was a very simple process in my Honda Accord.
