should i paint my 97 civic h/b white with white rims or red with white rims?

My civic is red and it's slammed on some 17', 7-spoke white rims.
White on white is very clean looking, but also kind of--well, boring for lack of a better word.  I guess it just depends on if you like turning heads or not.  I get compliments all the time because it's so contrasting, and my car hella stands out. I love it

White on white is cool. As long as you don'r put any Type-R stickers on it.

Personally, I would go w/ red, but wouldn't have white rims just b/c I prefer gunmetal or silver. So, I guess that makes me say white/white as long as they are the same color white. I know a guy w/ a white 'lude and white rims and they aren't the same shade of white and I think it looks "HELLA CHEAP!"
