Need Suggestions.....

Hi,
I recently got a 1987 Olds NinetyEight. The first drive I went on, the car stalled. For some reason it will not start now. I am open to any suggestions as to what could be wrong.

Symptoms:
-When ignition is turned engine sound like makes only two low rotations(sounds like (rar rur))
-Lights dim down when ignition is turned
-Bran New Battery
-Jump Start did not help
-Will not turn over at all

If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Sound like you need a new starter. $30-50 dollars reman with exchange.
